How does Mobile Med work?

Make an Appointment

  • Call 614-551-8846.  You pick the time & location for your house call.

  • Mobile Med offers same-day house calls, often within hours of your call to us.

  • A board-certified provider will answer your call & ask about symptoms & any related medical history to make an initial assessment.  They'll advise on anticipated treatment & give an estimate of the treatment cost.

  • You can also schedule a house call or telemedicine call through Spruce, our secure scheduling & direct messaging app. Learn more about Spruce here.

  • Note: The provider will advise if Mobile Med can treat you, or if you should head to an urgent care or emergency room.

Our Provider Comes to YOU

  • The provider will arrive when & where you choose, bringing all of the appropriate tools for the examination.

  • Note: If the patient is a child we require a parent or guardian to be present for the exam.

  • After completing some initial paperwork, the provider will conduct an exam, administer tests and provide any other treatments needed.

  • If additional testing or procedures are recommended (but not discussed during the initial phone call) the provider will explain the benefits and incremental costs involved.

We Help with Insurance Reimbursement

  • We accept credit cards & HSA/FSA cards for payment.

  • Although we do not contract with insurance companies we will provide an invoice to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • Check out our Insurance Forms page for more help submitting your appointment to insurance.
